"Here at SS3D Fit Club, we offer 12-week to 12 month comprehensive Semi-Private (2-4 students) programs where we cover everything you need to succeed in your fitness goals. This means we take our time with understanding where you are and identifying your specific needs. We spend a lot of time working with you on the nutrition AND fitness components required to achieve great results.

We see our clients anywhere from 2 to 4 times per week depending on their goal, motivation, and budget. But all members begin with a 12-week Foundations program. We also offer exclusive signature classes, open to the public. Our classes are fun, energetic, challenging, and extremely educational. Our goal is to teach, not torture. As a Semi-Private member, you have FREE access to all our signature class!"

SS3D FIT CLUB started with a simple plan by founder, Coley M. Speaks -- to inspire, motivate and positively impact in his family's life through health and fitness. His passion soon spread to his community and beyond.

In 2008, Coley sought to create this unique environment of EXCELLENCE by moving independent. Based in Southern California, he quickly began training celebrity actors, dancers, singers, young athletes, and the general public alike. SS3D FIT CLUB was born and has since grown into the premiere, multi-faceted personal training service, serving over 450 clients across the nation.

Coley M. Speaks, Founder

Coley developed a passion for promoting health and fitness after a successful career as a collegiate football athlete at Hampton University. He began his professional fitness career in 2007, at a Bally's Total Fitness located in Virginia. Within 3-months time, he quickly excelled to join the ranks of the company's top trainers in the region. Coley was then transferred to one of the company's most elite fitness facilities in the nation, located in Southern California. Within the first month of employment, he earned a title among the company's top trainers in the nation. Since then, Coley has moved on to build SS3D FIT CLUB with Elite Trainers to help carryout the VISION OF EXCELLENCE.

Mia Shante, Fitness Coach

Mia decided to dedicate her life to physical and spiritual wellness. With her love for pole, fitness and nutrition rapidly growing, Mia committed to a fully plant based diet and decided to register for her first bodybuilding competition, the Gold Coast Muscle Classic, and pole dance competition, Pacific Pole Championships. She brought home 3rd place trophies in both. To Mia, this feat was her opportunity to show women that absolutely anything is possible at any age, if one just dares to dream and to show the world that is in fact possible to build and maintain muscle mass on a plant based diet.

Jerrell Pippens, Fitness Coach

Jerrell Pippens is a University of Nebraska Alum. with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in Communications. While attending Nebraska he was a two sport athlete in both football and track. While in college, Jerrell was a part of 4 conference championships (track and football combined) and played in the 2002 Rose Bowl National Championship game. He went on to the NFL to play defensive back for the San Diego Chargers, Chicago Bears, and Washington Redskins as well as stints in the Canadian Football League and Arena Football League. Jerrell's passion for enhancing the overall mind, body and soul of every client makes him an excellent trainer.

Teresa, Fitness Coach

Originally a Dancer of stage, film and television for 15 + years, Teresa left the world of dance and pursued other fields of work in Yoga to practice mind-body alignment. As an Executive Assistant to Ex-Dancer Barrence Baytos, Teresa studied anatomy and prevention and recovery in athletes. Working with Barrence really confirmed her purpose and passion to teach Yoga. Post dance career, Teresa discovered how much Yoga has really helped her injuries. Throughout her years of teaching, Teresa has found Yoga to be life changing physically, mentally and emotionally for all of her clients.
